This Cortex M4 features 168MHz max clock, RTC, and SDIO. Of course it has the usual SPI, I2C, parallel LCD, USARTs.

We’re using this ARM chip in the Alice 3.
This board is almost certainly not usable for a general 64LQFP breakout, because it connects some pins to each other and with copper pours (zone fills).
