The PCB for the Nixie Tube Clock I made, uses IN-12B nixie tubes, 6 74141 nixie drivers, 3 74HC595 shift registers, 1 ATMega328P and a DS3232 to drive the nixies. Blog post about it here . Youtube video about it here.
