Jerrill Johnson is an excellent example of what a determined maker can achieve. In the video below he demonstrates how he makes 3d Printer Nozzles from Acorn nuts.
He uses a drill, Dremel rotary tool ,very fine drill bits and a few loose bits to make the parts.
Jerrill has also added his custom tools to Thingiverse so you can print them off for making your own nozzles.
