The RM1000 is a low power SoC for Cellular IoT and Machine-to-Machine (M2M) applications. The device is a dual-mode LTE-M / NB-IoT cellular baseband with integrated SRAM and full software stack comprising LTE L2/L3, AT Command stack, and TCP/UDP/IP stack. The RM1000 is available in an 8 x 8 mm 68 pad QFN package or a 3.5 x 3.2 mm WLCSP package and is ideal for asset management, home automation, industrial, point-of-sale, smart energy, vending and automotive applications.
