The AWP1102 from Anokiwave is a Ka-Band High Power Amplifier MMIC that operates from 28 to 30 GHz. This amplifier provides an output power of 34.6 dBm with a linear gain of over 25 dB. It is fabricated on a 0.15um PHEMT process and packaged in a 5x5 QFN. It can be used for a number of applications including in SATCOM, AESA, and Point-to-Point Radios.
