The BBA-0005-20000 from AtlanTecRF is an ultra broadband amplifier that operates from 50 MHz to 20 GHz. It delivers an output power of up to 19 dBm with a gain of more than 22 dB and a noise figure below 4.5 dB. The amplifier requires a DC supply of 12 V while consuming up to 180 mA of current. It is available in a module that measures 1.18 x 1.58 x 0.47 inches with SMA female connectors and is ideal for test measurement, wireless infrastructure, fibre optics, military and aerospace applications. A hermetically sealed package option is also available.
