The CMX901 is a three stage RF power amplifier that operates from 130 to 950 MHz. It provides a gain of 40 dB and an output power of 2.5 W @ 160 MHz, while operating over a single supply of 2.5 to 6 V. The CMX901 is available in a 5 x 5 mm low thermal resistance 28-pin WQFN package and is ideal for wireless data communications, RFID readers/writers and wireless sensor networks applications.
