The NuPower™ 12B01A-05 is a small, highly efficient solid state power amplifier that operates from 1435 to 2395 MHz. This amplifier provides 10 watts of linear output power with a gain of 40 dB making it ideal to boost the performance of data links and transmitters. This GaN Power amplifier provides an efficiency of over 20% and is available in a compact package that measures 3.37 x 2 inches. The compact form factor makes it ideal for size, weight, and power-constrained broadband RF telemetry, tactical communication, and electronic warfare systems. This module can handle both constant envelope and complex waveforms such as OFDM, QAM, DVB-T, etc.
