The RTH343610X is a GaN hybrid power amplifier module that operates from 3400 to 3600 MHz. It has been designed for 5G Massive MIMO systems, small cells, base station and low power remote radio head applications. This fully matched 2-staged Doherty GaN power amplifier module can deliver up to 10 Watts of power with a gain of 28.5 dB and an efficiency of 42%. It is available in a 15.8 x 10.8 x 4.2 mm surface mount package which provides excellent thermal dissipation.
