The SKY65806-636LF from Skyworks is a silicon-on-insulator (SOI) low noise amplifier that operates from 3400 to 3800 MHz with an in-built bypass function. The LNA provides a gain of 13.5 dB with a noise figure of less than 1.2 while operating of a supply voltage of 1.6 to 3.3 V. It is matched to 50 ohms and is available in a compact DFN package that measures 1.1 x 0.7 mm. Since it operates in the frequency range from 3400 to 3800 MHz, it an ideal for LTE ultra-high-band radio receiver applications including 3G/4G LTE Receivers, smartphones and Laptop PCs/Tablets.
