The BZD Series from AltanTecRF is a range of zero bias schottky detectors that operate from 0.01 to 18 GHz. They have a high sensitivity of up to 500 mV/mW and tangential sensitivity (TSS) up to -50 dBm. These detectors can handle up to 20 dBm input power and have a wide temperature range from -40° to 80° C. They are available with SMA male and female connectors.
