Note : Your request will be directed to Berkeley Nucleonics Corporation.

The 865 Series of RF / Microwave Signal Generators from Berkeley Nucleonics operate from 100 kHz up to 40 GHz with 0.001 Hz resolution. They provide excellent signal purity with an ultra-low phase noise of -145 dBc/Hz at 20 kHz offset and low spurious. These devices have a dynamic range of -90 to 27 dBm and a switching time down to 10 µs. They include intra/pulse chirp modulations, frequency chirps, pulse modulation with programmable patterns, and phase modulation. These signal generators allow fast analog and digital sweeps including flexible list sweeps, where frequency, power and dwell times can be set individually. They are available in a compact unit that measures 170 x 316 x 110 mm and allows full front panel control via touch panel display. These signal generators are ideal for ATE, signal simulation, product testing, aerospace and defense applications.
