The TEG1000-10 is a USB Synthesized RF Signal Source that operates from 700 MHz to 1 GHz with an output power of 10 dBm. The signal source can be swept between the 700 MHz to 1 GHz with a step size as low as 1KHz. It contains 0.5 GB of flash memory used for installation files, test data and other supporting documentation. Drivers, utilities and documentation are available on the source itself. This signal generator can be used for LO for frequency conversion, Signal Source for Scalar measurements, two or more of these signal sources can be combined for multi-tone testing.
