180 Degree Hybrid Couplers

180 degree hybrid couplers split the input signal in to two signals of equal amplitude with a 180 degree phase differential. These typically have a lower insertion loss than resistive power dividers or combiners.

Key Specifications:

Frequency (MHz): This is the frequency at which the device operates.

Average Power (W): The power level up to which the hybrid coupler can maintain its electrical performance.

Insertion Loss (dB): The loss in the signal when the input signal is split into two is know as the insertion loss. The lower the insertion loss the better the performance of the hybrid.

Package Type: These are available in a number of package types – Surface Mount, Modules with Connectors – SMA Hybrids, BNC Hybrids etc.

everything RF lists complete catalogs of 180 Degree Hybrid Couplers from multiple manufacturers and makes them searchable using a parametric search tool.
