Hi! Is there any way you could make the Eagle PCB files available for download? I see that a photo and pdf are available on the download page (http://www.nanodlp.com/download/); however, some might want to actually get a board made at some place like OSHPark. People can recreate the PCB in Eagle based on the schematic, but if it's already available why reinvent the wheel.

Sure, I think we need to get ride of MAX chip for the serial communication and update schema. The guy who prepared PCB design will be available in a week or two. I will ask him for the files.

Glad to see this moving along. I'm excited to see the results and to get some boards on order for testing!
Are there still timing issues with direct control, or is that something that can be ironed out? (I'll admit that I don't fully understand the problem)

No, unfortunately it is not ironed out. We can improve things but I doubt we could completely fix it.

We have not used this version yet. But I guess it is 90% fine.

Thanks for the files!!! I'm looking into having a batch produced for testing.

Is it related to PWM and possibly remedied by the chip on this stepper driver board?

Only having realtime os or another alternative such as PREEMPT_RT could fix the issue but currently cost is much higher than benefits of any of these alternatives for us.
Some hardwares also could solve the issue but if somebody want to use additional hardware RAMPS there.
I will get into details of the issue later on as it needs a long post to describe the issue.

I had these made a while ago... Never got around to populating and soldering them up, though.
Has anybody else played with this?

I have not messed witth them, but my attempts to use the GPIO pins or the Ramps has not panned out to well. I have been trying to get one going for over a month now....no luck. Any help on either setup would be great. Just can not seem to get anything going correctly. Want to sell a board?

Replied to your email a moment ago. Let me know if you don't see it for some reason.
