$12.15/set of 3 (untested/will update)
Adjustable switcher (buck mode) @150kHz - all hand-solderable, durable ground plane construction. Uses an ATX-4pin plug for handy [12v optional] power in & no need to rewire the cable!
Many choices for parts. I bought the LM2595 ICs on a whim; I’ll roll a few and see how it goes.

Fixed?
A re-work of the original design for a flashlight mod. Larger diameter and hopefully-improved method for making it a break-apart design. See above link for details and the backstory.
$8.10 / set of 3 | untested, but little or nothing to go wrong except mainly in assembly.

A replacement FT232RL carrier board for my 2-part USB FTDI modular adapter.
Untested | will update | identical layout to the linked full-board design (taken directly from the small region), $3.90 / 3 copies

$50.70 for 3 / untested, will update
Motor driver for big robotics; a slightly-improved clone of a Chinese design. Main difference: added option for 20/26 pin header for easier connection. ~40A, 36V max. recommended.
Probably insufficient heatsinking, but that’s what fits the dimensions I have to work with.
Due to large un-tented vias under each IC, this board may prove to be fully hand-solderable (and even hand-reworkable using only a soldering pencil of sufficient wattage, a solder-sucker, and a dental pick/needle.)
More revisions and improvements likely to come. Common system ground; does not use the +5v line input (yet).
