Congratulations on your purchase of PopPet!
Before you get started building PopPet, let's go over a few things.
Before you get started building PopPet, let's go over a few things.
- Make sure there are no young children around (3 years and under) as the PopPet kit contains many small parts which could be a potential choking hazard.
- Ensure you have a nice flat surface to work on. This helps prevent any small parts from going missing.
- Allow at least 1 hour for build time. During this time, make sure you stop and have a drink break.
- Don't be forceful. If a part doesn't go together properly the first time, don't force it, take a breath and try again. PopPet is made from MDF which can chip quite easily if you are too forceful.
- If you are an Adult, try to include a Child in the build, whether it is your own or a family member. If they aren't old enough to build PopPet by themself, get them to help by tightening up the screws with the screwdriver or holding parts with you. Help teach them how to make a robot.
- If you are a Young Adult/Teenager, try to include an Adult. Let them help you when they can and help teach them how to make a robot.
Okay, let's get started!
