Return & Refund Policy

30 Day Return Policy- Unused Products Only

We want to ensure that you enjoy our products and fun with them. But just in case you’re not 100% satisfied, Rotrics will gladly exchange or refund items within 30 days of purchase with an original receipt. 


Returns are only accepted within 30 days of the original date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, the products you wish to return must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.


You will be responsible for covering the cost of return shipping and you shall consider all risk of loss or damage to the product while transiting. Your money will be refunded to the original payment method. Kindly notice that the original shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

Received defective product

If you have a quality issue to report, you can write us an email at support@rotrics.com and we will suggest you solutions. If we feel that the issue needs to be checked by the tech team, we will inform you to return and we will offer you a replacement product. You can email us and we can provide you with the return shipping address of our warehouse based on your location.

Received wrong variant

If you find that the product layout or version you have received is not what you ordered, please provide an image of the product and tracking number written/printed on paper.  Email this to us at support@rotrics.com within 7 days after the order has been delivered to you.

Refunds (if applicable)

We offer refund/replacement only once we have received the product. It generally takes up to 10 working days for the refund to process. Refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.


Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.


Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.


If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@rotrics.com.

Before returning your product for warranty or refund, please contact us at support@rotrics.com. To process your request, we may require the following information from you:

  • Your name;
  • Your address and telephone number;
  • Your receipt or proof you’re your purchase;
  • The date of purchase

We will provide you with relevant instructions after receiving your email. You will be responsible for covering the cost of return shipping and you shall consider all risk of loss or damage to the product while transiting. Your money will be refunded to the original payment method. Kindly notice that the original shipping and handling charges are not refundable.


Our warranty and return policy only covers the purchase made on our website and from the Kickstarter or Indiegogo campaign. If you purchased a Rotrics DexArm from an authorized distributor and would like to return the product, please contact the original seller directly.
