The DTA-26R5G40G-30-CD-1-OPT32G37G from PMI is a 10-Bit programmable PIN diode attenuator that operates from 32 to 37 GHz. It has an attenuation range of 30 dB with a step resolution of 0.03 dB. This attenuator provides ultra-fast switching speeds of 300 ns and can handle an input power of upto 10 dBm. It operates from a single 15 VDC supply and draws only 50 mA of current. This model is available in a module that measures 2.0 x 1.8 x 0.5 inches with 2.92 mm (F) & 15 Pin Micro-D Female connectors.
