The SKY12343-364LF from Skyworks is a GaAs 7-bit pHEMT digital attenuator that operates from 0.01 to 4 GHz with a 31.75 dB attenuation range in 0.25 dB steps. It can handle up to 35 dBm of power and requires a supply voltage of 3.3 to 5 V. A TTL/CMOS-compatible, dual mode serial or parallel programming interface (SPI) controller is integrated into the device. It is available in a small 32 pin, 5 x 5 mm QFN package and is ideal for a wide variety of 3G and 4G cellular infrastructure applications.
