The TEA6000-95 from Telemakus is a series of USB Controlled MMIC digital attenuators that operates from 0.1 to 6 GHz. This series has an attenuation range from 1 to 95 dB in 0.5 dB steps and a VSWR of under 2.0:1. These attenuators can handle up to 23 dBm of power and have a switching time of less than 1 microsec. They are powered and controlled using a USB interface. These attenuators are available with SMA female, 3.5 mm and 2.92 mm connectors and are ideal for applications in ATE, LTE and 3G/4G fading simulators.
