I recently updated my UP! Plus 3D printer to the Version 1.7 software. This upgrade was a big upgrade because it increased the maximum printing resolution from 0.2mm to 0.15mm.
This might not sound like a lot but that’s a decent 25% improvement. Below is a close-up of a 0.3mm vs 0.15mm print made in PLA.(Click on the above image to see a super zoomed view)
The upgrade resolution is really good. I am sure with a bit of software tweaking it might even be able to print at 0.1mm.
So whats the part for? Its for a friends Delta 3D Printer Project. http://www.joshendy.net/delta-3d-printer/
