Hi, I'm not sure how you mean. Do you mean the pi would emulate an SD card, with some kind of hacked connector?
Almost all of the SD card modules I've seen have been pretty much the same. They take power, and have four lines for MISO, MOSI, CS and SCK. If it can do that, it'll probably work, wired up: http://www.polargraph.co.uk/2012/02/state-of-the-art-tangle/
The only issue is that SD cards run on 3.3v logic, so sometimes don't like being driven at 5v, or the arduino doesn't like receiving 3.3v signals. A good SD module has a voltage level convertor, or a switch or something on it. Almost all will have a bunch of resistors to help with that, but YMMV.
