I'm not really sure what it is you're asking - the standard PolargraphSD firmware (polargraph_server_polarshield) can already draw from the code on a SD card by pressing "Draw from SD" on the touchscreen and finding the file in the list.

As a rough description, the .ino files are edited and compiled using the Arduino IDE (http://arduino.cc/). You will need to put the arduino libraries in the right places too (your sketchbook folder/libraries), and then you will be able to compile the firmware and upload it directly yourself. That is a subject a bit beyond the kind of help I can give out here, but there are lots and lots of websites about programming with the Arduino, and if you have a specific question about an aspect of the firmware code (after you have tried to figure it out yourself), then I am happy to help!

i try other polargraph_server_mega_buttons.ino the coded dowload from https://github.com/airzone-sama/polargraph just adding to the new firmare like 1.66 and nothing still not upload these mod, very thanks, and i dont know if are muthc problem if u can make one exa with the mod if you can? be cause i never have problems loading the exa with xloader very very thanks any way

I can't compile it either, might need a special version of the SD library or an older version maybe. But it isn't my code so I'm not going to fix it.

The official source is https://github.com/euphy/polargraph_server_mega. That compiles ok. polargraph_server_mega_buttons is good too, but it is old and has some new features missing.
