Thanks! Aha there isn't a separate box drawn around the trace drawing but the way the source bitmap gets created means that there's an outside edge. Off the top of my head I can't think of a way to get around the issue without laying into the source cde.

Best solution is to build the vector art in inkscape or something, that way you can control it better.
