I just installed PolarGraph controller on a new machine without any Arduino connected. When I enter the "Render Pixels" Dialog I get additional options "Spiral" and "Sawtooth". I do not see these options on my Mac in the shop at home. Why? Do I have some configuration information missing?

Your prize, is a sensible answer: The firmware broadcasts it's own version with it's "READY" statement. The controller reads this message, and adjusts what it offers you accordingly, so it doesn't offer features that it knows the machine can't actually do.

Spiral pixel is THE BOMB - go for oversized pixels. Sawtooth doesn't really work.
