Post Servo isnt engaging

I am starting my first drawing and it is running but the problem is that the pen lift/down isn't working. I'm sure it's an easy fix but I can't seem to figure it out. When I try to pen lift or pen down I can hear it making a sound internally but it isn't turning the piece connected to the servo. The wiring is correct too.

There's also a way of doing through the touchscreen, on "more..." and then "more..." and "adjust penlift".

When I'm putting them together I tend to use 90 for the "pen up" position, and 180 for the "pen down" position.

Sometimes the servo gets a bit jammed at one end of their travel, a gentle push can free it up. The servo extension should be plugged in so that the signal wire (the white / yellow one) is left-most. I know you've got it wired right but just checking up 🙂
