Ok so I am one step closer to getting this working. I am at the point where I could get the file/sketchbook/polargraphcontroller to run. And it prompted the window where I could hit play to run the program but the errors called out that I might be missing libraries. I believe I followed the right steps and I have tried a myriad of ways to get it to work. If you take a look at my attached images you will see how I "installed" folders but I'm not sure if it's quite right. Thanks.

Libraries don't belong in the sketchbook folder. They belong in the "libraries" folder in the main Processing folder:
Processing/libraries/controlP5
Processing/libraries/diewald_CV_kit
Processing/libraries/geomerative

I think the presence of a folder called "sketchbook" might be the problem here. Here's my folder layout, and afterwards, a snip of my Processing's "File->Preferences" dialog.

So my sketchbook folder is ...\Documents\Processing
And so my libraries folder is ...\Documents\Processing\libraries
