Adafruit have an excellent, world-class forum with the specific purpose of supporting Adafruit products - try there first and come back if you're having problems with Polargraph.

I tried the adafruit shield with different codes and power supply and adafruit shield work together but when I upload polargraph code arduino , adafruit shield still working but I going to polargraph and set home then the power supply doesn't work and system only work pc to arduino power .

What is happening that you're interpreting as the power not working? The motors not moving? You're not telling us much. You've edited the default properties text file? You've uploaded the machine spec? You've opened the console (cntrl-c) and looked for error messages when you try to move the gondola?

Yes it's hard to help when you haven't told us anything concrete.

Which firmware are you using? Compiling yourself or using a pre-compiled .hex file?
Did you edit the firmware before uploading it?
Which controller software are you using? Compiling it yourself or running from a pre-compiled binary?
In the controller, can you connect to the arduino ok? Do you see "READY" appearing in the console log (ctrl+c to open the log)?
When you issue the "set home" command, do you see any response message in the log?
Does the pen lift work? Pen up / pen down.

The motors should move slightly, and lock when you send a "set home".
