Post Securing Terminal blocks to wires

With the small terminal blocks, I insert the stepper wire into the small rectangular aperture above the circular aperture; but, how can I secure it? I cannot seem to find with my screwdriver where to tighten it.

Also, Do I need to solder the terminal block extenders to the white bread board that is included?
Thanks.
I checked out the link: https://github.com/euphy/polargraph/wiki/Building-a-Polargraph-from-a-vitamin-kit#connectors

I made the page a little clearer. The "this is neat" link actually takes you to the datasheet which explains how to use them, that's the purpose of the link.

"These are neat, here's the data sheet about them. In principle you can just shove a bare end into each circular aperture. A tiny screwdriver in the rectangular slot opens up the spring cage inside, so in practice, I open them first because stranded wire isn't always stiff enough to get a good connection through force alone."

The wee PCB and spare terminal blocks and sockets are included so you can use them if you feel the need. You can do what you want with them or not use them at all. I think they are very useful.

Great. I figured it out. (didn't notice the link at first). There is a spring in the small rectangular bore above the circular bore (where the wire is inputted) that clamps it in place. Pretty handy.
