I can run the processing file, but if I try to export an exe file this file has the same problem as your compilation, it fails silently. Actually, There is a new instance of java.exe running for each time I try to start polarcontroller, but it has no visiual output.

Processing, Java and Windows are a slightly fickle combination, and a compiled executable binary made on one system may not run ok on another system. Of course there is always a good reason why, but if you've tried running the 32 bit version, and you've tried running the 64 bit version, and neither work, it's usually easier to compile it and run from source than trying to diagnose your Java problems.

These problems are about Processing, so Processing forums are the place to help, but they're also about an old version of Processing, so they're unlikely to have much sympathy!
