It looks like you have done "set home", so that's good.
Make sure you have uploaded your machine spec.

With the Arduino UNO and the Motorshield v1, with 200 step motors, settings are normally:

stepsPerRev=400
stepMultiplier=1

Maybe you have good reasons for this because you are using microstepping maybe?
