I am currently using some weak sticky tape to hold the page to the machine. I normally only tape the corners, otherwise it will probably be too hard to get off if I did the whole page (not to mention only being single use).

However what happens (especially more so now that I have a pen control servo) is that the paper comes adrift, or the gondola gets caught on the tape. Therefore I am looking for a more suitable tape.

What do people have success with?

I used to use blu-tack with success, but it sometimes leaves oily spots so I've been using these scotch things. They're expensive but you can wash them and they seem to last for ages. I cut each square in half and they're plenty strong enough to hold up an A1 sheet of heavy paper.
