This is my whiteboard plotter based off the Polargraph. I am just using it for text but draws well too!

Ha! Looks beautiful and clean, and love the style. One question - does the edge of the gondola stabiliser ever scrape the ink off the board, or is it balanced _just so_?

I only ask because if it _isn't_ scraping the ink off, it's probably not being used, and you can probably take the stabiliser off entirely, or cut it down.

great stuff, thank you for sharing!

Having built mine using wood that is used to create whiteboards just so that i can test it out before using any paper, i can say that if you set it properly, the stabiliser will not scrape the ink off.

Aha. I wonder if the scraping is an artefact of drawing on a sloped surface. So it's perfectly balanced only for one area of the board where the cord hangs most vertical - as it moves down, pressure increases on the pen, and so friction tends to change how much the stabiliser wobbles about. Hm! Cheers Ryan!
