my polargraph is drawing sideways. the height of the image is getting drawn as the width, have tried changing the wiring and swapping motors. may be i am not doing it right. kindly guide me . all the images are drawn 90 degree counterclockwise. i am using a uno and adafruit shield

thanks a lot. i finally sorted it out... one motor was going in wrong direction... i was rewiring both every time. and the error persisted, only one motor needed to be rewired. read somewhere for bipolar steppers only one coil need to be reversed to change direction of rotation..
