Parts you will need
Building the Wheels
1. Place 2 Small Screws through the outer holes in the Outer Wheel piece.
2. Put your fingers on the heads of the screws to hold them in place then turn the piece over.
3. Slide the Inner Wheel piece onto the screws.
4. Insert the Motor Horn shown into the cut-out of the Inner Wheel piece. Ensure the flat side of the Horn is facing down.
5. Slide the Inner Wheel piece onto the small screws.
6. Thread the small nuts onto the screws.
7. Tighten with the Screwdriver.
Repeat to create the other wheel.

6. Thread the small nuts onto the screws.
7. Tighten with the Screwdriver.
Repeat to create the other wheel.
Putting the Tyres on
Slide the Tyre into the groove between the two outer wheel pieces. Hold, pull and stretch the Tyre until it is completely in the groove.
Attaching the Wheels
1. Slide the wheel onto the motor.
2. Insert the larger screw included in the motor hardware bag into the wheels mounting hole.
3. Tighten the screw with the Screwdriver. Ensure the wheel is on straight whilst tightening up the screw.
4. Repeat for the other wheel.
