Steppermotor drivers based on Allegro A4983 and the newer A4988 chip

Note that stepstick uses the same footprint/pinout as the pololu but it is not a one on one clone of the pololu drivers.  Some are 1/8 step only, use a different Allegro chip or have different capacitor or resistor value's
