I don't know about their price setting, it seems a bit expensive and also their VAT for european customers doesn't make sense. If foreigners pay import VAT, then they souldn't have to pay the US VAT. You cannot TAX a product in for 2 countries at the same time.

And it there is another reason then they should state that reason.

Anyhow, this might become a great product. An open PLC has many advantages over a prototype board
